1. Where and how i can purchase ?
LUKAS products are sold exclusively directly and without any commercial intermediary unless otherwise indicated. Order and payment methods are agreed with the client and take into account the exclusive nature of the product designed and manufactured on request.
2. Why you dont offer a price list ?
Our production of complete working devices is designed and built to specifications in accordance with the customer's specific needs, and therefore this does not allow us to state a price list. To start an inquiry, without any kind of commitment, click HERE.
In the case of individual parts, components and accessories, their price will be indicated in the data sheet for the product.
3. Why you prefer tube technology,low power and high effiensy loudspeakers ?
Assuming that we believe there are excellent products using various different technology and characteristics our choice falls on the fundamentals of relatively simple tube circuits with sophisticated and powerful power supply stages that require very high quality component and attention to detail. Low amplifier powers are possible considering high efficiency loudspeakers using major AlnicoV magnetic motors or powered according to Field Coil technology. This, as already written, is not the only possible choice, but in our opinion, while not cheap, it offers the best possible result for the same cost, and in some parameters the results are not achievable in any other way.
4. What warranty is offered for your products ?
There are three levels of warranty that differentiate by type of product and parts of it.
Lifetime warranty : for all parts that have no particular wear and tear such as : case, wiring , switches, transformers, inductors , resistors and no-electrolytic capacitors.
5 years warranty : for electrolytic capacitors, relays, various solid-state components (when used), remote control, valves of contemporary construction, and speakers in general.
No warranty : for NOS New Old Stock valves which, even if selected, have a very old construction. We specify that in reality our selection by type of valve and provider makes these NOS valves reliable for the life ( number of working hours) expected in the original data sheets.
